I found a great restaurant in Kitchener that serves the best deep-fried spicy and salty shrimp and squid. After a year of worrying about it closing, I was relieved to find it still open on Christmas Eve and treated myself to their shrimp lo mein, which was fantastic. The dim sum is delicious, with a solid selection, and I can't wait to go back for more!

We have dined at Sam's several times, and we will keep going back. The service is slow, because they are making everything as it is ordered, so everything is fresh. Even the Egg Rolls taste like they have just been made. Sam's is a small, family owned and operated business, and they do their very best to deliver good, fresh food to your table. If you don't like waiting for this, then go somewhere else where the food has been prepared hours before and is sitting in a buffet table. You certainly won't get that kind of thing at Sam's. We highly recommend this place for excellent Chinese food.
