Pinkerton's Snack Bar offers a menu with a surprising Asian influence, despite its British-sounding name. The bar serves classic cocktails like the paloma, which was my favorite of the evening with its tequila, mezcal, and citrusy flavors enhanced by a pink peppercorn salt rim. The duck fried rice was flavorful, though the rice was a bit too fresh, making the dish slightly wet.
