With a long layover, I found a cozy spot to enjoy a couple of beers and a delicious romaine chicken salad with lemon vinaigrette, which turned out to be the best fresh salad I've had at an airport in ages. The service was exceptional, especially when the general manager graciously took care of my bill after I realized I couldn't exchange my currency, making my experience even more memorable.
