Aztec's Mine has become my go-to for authentic Mexican cuisine, surpassing my previous experiences in Austin and San Francisco. The friendly owners create a welcoming atmosphere, and every dish I've tried, from the Burrito Ahogado to the tacos, has been bursting with flavor. I love the vibrant ambience, quick service, and the ability to enjoy a meal outdoors, especially after a hike in High Park.
