I'm from the GTA and have tried the Owl of Minerva at other locations, but there's something about this Waterloo spot that really stands out. The staff here is super friendly and the food is delicious - I'm a big fan of their seafood soondubu. While prices seem to have gone up, it's still worth every penny for a satisfying Korean meal in Waterloo. If you're in the mood for Korean food, Owl is a well-known brand in Ontario that won't disappoint.
