I recently visited Old Spaghetti Factory with a group of friends to celebrate some birthdays, and had made a reservation in advance. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff who were very friendly and took the time to chat with us before taking our orders. The servers were attentive, especially to the younger children in our group, making them feel just as included as the adults. The food, although not extraordinary, was comforting and satisfying, and the overall experience was made even better by the friendly service we received.
