We and our childrens ordered food online using the Sushi Wara website. When we picked up the food we were charged more than the prices listed on the website. Initially we paid the bill, but afterwards double checked the prices on the website menu and what they charged us. We spoke to the restaurant and asked them to return the difference to us. As a client I suggested to the restaurant manager there were 2 ways they could compensate us for their “Miss Steak”, butt she refused to budge. In addition. she said the person who took my call was a trainee who had made an error in calculation. Even though the restaurant was at fault on two points, and we were willing to be flexible on compensation, she refused to properly address the issue, and instead chose to respond to our request in a very rude manner. The food was okay, but the whole experience left us speechless, (aside from our little rant here), und it took away our appetite after we got home and stilled our appetite with the food we had taken away. Was it all worth it? Yes.

We have order food online and apparently we checked Sushi Wara website. When we picked up the food we were informed the price was different than the website. We paid, but after double checking they charged us more than exposed on the website and refused to gives the money back. As a client I gave the attendant 2 options and she refused both of them. Also, she said the person who took my call was a trainee so she informed me wrong. Two mistakes, and even giving her an option the employee refused it. Also, the owner was very rude. NOT WORTH IT.
