Just had a late lunch with a dear friend at Country Perks Bar and Grill on 1648 Taunton Road and Trulls. Almost all the dishes we ordered (6) dishes were fresh and delicious.
Except the Thai Crispy Ginger beef. We had a few bites and both of us agreed it smelt burnt and there was hardly any meat in it, just batter.
When we complained, about this matter no compensation was made. We asked for the Chef to come out but he wouldn't. We left the dish behind.

Other than the one dish complaint, everything was delicious and fresh.
The least they could do was charge us half for the dish and apologize it wasn't to our liking.

Great variety, everything tastes amazing!

Was told wait time was 30 minutes for take out and ended up standing around for another 40 minutes because they '' a bit off'' with their wait time estimates. Horrible experience! Also tried calling at 11am when they claim to open but nobody answered until after noon.

Live in the area and just tried for the first time.
Excellent food ! Enjoyed the Pad Thai and Chili Chicken.
