A great spot for students seeking a healthier meal option with generous portions compared to other mall eateries. The roasted veg and feta panini stood out, and I look forward to returning to sample their soups. Cultures is a popular chain offering nutritious fare throughout Canada, with this particular branch located in the Central City Mall food court. They provide a variety of salads, paninis, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and shakes, all of which are both delicious and nutritious, and the serving sizes are quite substantial.
