The service at Gong Cha was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious drinks offered. I particularly enjoyed the new soft serve flavors, especially the matcha soft serve, which was wonderfully creamy and balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my visit enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to returning soon to explore more of their offerings.
