We ordered Chinese food from Jumbo Dragon for New Year's Eve around 5 PM and were told it would be three hours, which was fine because it was New Year's Eve. About an hour later we got a call that the order was ready so my husband went to pick it up. When he arrived at Jumbo Dragon they had no record of our order. Turns out the order we placed was not the Brantford location. Although they were extremely busy, they were very helpful and placed our order immediately while my husband waited. The food was fresh and delicious. It was also enough for 5 meals which made it great value for our money. We will be back!! Thanks JD
