Craving spicy squid, I decided to try Owl for lunch and was blown away by the flavorful, spicy squid served over hot rice with crunchy veggies and a fried egg on top. The fried beef dumplings stood out as some of the best I've had-savory and juicy inside-while the beef dolsot bibimbap was also satisfying and authentic. Whether dining in or ordering delivery, the food arrived hot and well-packaged, with quick and attentive service that made the experience enjoyable every time.
