Using the Too Good To Go app led me to discover Le Gateau Bakeshop, where I finally managed to grab a Surprise Bag filled with delectable treats, including their exquisite Vegan Matcha Raspberry + Pistachio Cake and Vegan Vanilla Bean Shortbread. The cake was a masterpiece, boasting a perfectly moist texture and a heavenly matcha buttercream filling that left me eager to return for future celebrations, including my son's upcoming birthday.
