I found this cozy Chinese restaurant nestled in Scarborough, you know the one I'm talking about. We snagged a private room downstairs because the main floor was bustling - perfect for our group of 7, we went all out with 7 dishes to share. The food was solid, not mind-blowing, but definitely worth the price. The owner/chef has been at it for a while, so you can trust them to serve up some tasty eats.
