Looking for a different dining experience in the North Road area? Consider trying Pho Capital for a delicious meal. While the service may be a bit slow, once you place your order, the food arrives promptly. The vermicelli was tasty and the marinated meat in the bowl was flavorful, though the spring roll lacked a satisfying crunch.
