Anticuchos, or beef heart skewers, are a rare find, but these were marinated and grilled to perfection, with a nice pink center that added great flavor. The yuca fries were crispy outside and fluffy inside, and the quarter chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, making for a satisfying meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood rice, which was overflowing with seafood and reasonably priced, and I can't wait to come back for more Peruvian dishes.
