I had the pleasure of attending the Omakase night at Maruju on a recent Saturday and it was truly exceptional! The experience was three hours long and I found myself wishing I could do it every weekend. The fresh and perfectly crafted dishes left a lasting impression on me. The attention to detail and use of high-quality ingredients made it a dining experience to remember.
