Waiting can be up to an hour during dinner, even on rainy nights when hoping for fewer people, but the flavorful ramen makes it worthwhile. The customizable options-from noodle firmness to broth richness-allow each bowl to be tailored perfectly, and the vegan selections are impressively delicious. Efficient service and clever seating/storage solutions keep things moving quickly, making this ramen experience one I'll definitely return to.
