The 100 layer lasagna at La Palma blew me away, though I wish it had a bit more sauce to keep it from drying out-still, the lamb chops with tahini yogurt and the butternut squash gnocchi stole the show with their bold flavors. The cozy ambiance paired with friendly, attentive service made celebrating a friend's birthday feel extra special, and despite a few minor hiccups like salty dishes and slow service, I'm already plotting my next visit for another round of that dark chocolate torte and maybe some brussels sprouts if they're on special.
