During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn, I had the pleasure of trying the braised beef short ribs at Bridges. The dish was a generous portion of beef, tender on the inside and nicely roasted on the outside, accompanied by a flavorful wine demi-glace sauce and a side of potato salad. Priced at $18, it far surpassed the BBQ pork ribs I had the night before at a nearby restaurant, both in taste and value. If you're craving a satisfying plate of roasted meat, I would recommend giving Bridges a try for a delicious dining experience.
