Had an amazing meal at Nuba in Kitsilano! We tried the tomato & yam soup, crispy cauliflower, lamb skewer, and bison short rib. The soup was delicious and a good size to start with. The crispy cauliflower was tasty but not as crispy as expected, and the pickled cabbage underneath was a perfect touch. The bison short rib was tender but lacked a bit in bison flavor, and the portion size was a bit small for my friend. The lamb skewer was like a long lamb meatball and paired perfectly with the flatbread and tzatziki. The servers were nice, and the cozy and casual atmosphere made for a pleasant dining experience overall.
