Sadly closed, but in April 2012, Bon Appetit featured a recipe for Curry-Dusted Scallops with Fennel-Apple Broth from Mosaic Restaurant where we celebrated during our stay in Sedona and Scottsdale. The unexpected elegance and culinary creativity at Mosaic far exceeded our expectations, offering a delightful dining experience with inventive dishes and a tranquil desert backdrop.
