The only people that rate this place well are the ones who stumble in there naive to the day to day practices of this awful business owners restaurant. The treatment of guests completely alienated all repeat customers and the lack of genuine care in serving great food compounds the problem. The owner Bill, is arrogant and cares less about anything other than money. He acts inappropriate with women behind closed doors. Carrie, the manager, is incapable of running a restaurant and lacks basic knowledge of how to offer customer service. I tried to accept this formerly fantastic restaurant, but it seems as if they want to run it in the ground with poor food and treatment of people over and over again. Its not everyday you see a customer leaving in tears, let alone twice. They should truly be ashamed. Don’t waste your money or time there. This place is the most horribly ran restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of wasting precious minutes of my life with.
There is one thing that they cant ruin however...the view.
