The lively lunchtime rush was handled smoothly despite having only one server, and the food arrived hot and flavorful, especially the Kung Pao and Hunan chicken paired with hearty portions and comforting egg drop soup. I appreciated the generous prices and the fresh, delicious quality of each dish, from the perfectly spiced Szechuan shrimp to the incredible crab puffs, though a bit more seasoning in the sauces would elevate the experience even further. The atmosphere inside was clean and welcoming, and while the staff were friendly and efficient, a warmer greeting from the owner would make the visit feel even more inviting.

During the lunchtime rush, I found the service to be efficient, despite there only being one server on duty. The food, including the Kung Pao chicken and Hunan chicken, was both tasty and served hot, with generous portions and accompanying soup and egg roll. The pricing was competitive compared to similar establishments nearby, and the overall experience was positive, making me inclined to return for more of the fantastic Chinese cuisine offered at New China Gate.
