The Rainbow Trout was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, especially in the crispy skin, and the skillet cornbread simply melted in my mouth. The service was attentive and friendly, with Val and other staff making us feel genuinely welcome, while the ambiance offered a cozy, relaxed setting without overcrowding. From the outstanding ribeye to the delicious appetizers and desserts, every dish impressed me, making this dining experience unforgettable and one I look forward to repeating.
