Just discovered this adorable mom and pop shop and was blown away by the food quality and their fantastic coffee! The service was super quick, and the portions were so generous that I could easily share with friends - definitely a place I can't wait to visit again!

Harlow's has great food, but I'm so disappointed that their menu isn't posted on-line. Don't they know any better? You have to post a menu on your website to entice first-times to your business.

Visiting Phoenix and discovered Harlow's Cafe. The food was exceptionally tasty and service was excellent. "Codi" was our server...She doesn't make decisions for customers, usually, but she made an exception for me-The "Parisian" omlete...AWESOME! Creamy cheeses, fluffy eggs, and complimented with hashbrowns and great toast. Thanks, Codi!
