After a long day of travel and meetings, I settled in at the Hilton Phoenix Airport's in-house restaurant and was immediately welcomed by Ashley's warm smile and attentive service. The black bean hummus appetizer was light and refreshing, perfectly setting the stage for a perfectly cooked medium-rare sirloin steak accompanied by flavorful sides, all complemented by a well-crafted Old Fashioned. With its cozy, low-lit atmosphere and staff who go above and beyond, this restaurant offers a comforting and satisfying dining experience that eases the weariness of airport waits and business trips alike.
