A charming Vietnamese/Chinese eatery with a cozy ambiance. The Pho Chicken noodle soup here is a personal favorite, unmatched by anything else on the menu. Despite its popularity with the weekday lunch crowd in central Phoenix, the recent change in ownership has maintained the exceptional taste and quality of the food.
