Unfortunately today I had a horrible experience with this establishment. I tried to book my Groupon and the person I spoke with said that they were all booked and would not be able to make a reservation until after it expired. She implied that over 400 people were in the same boat as me. She said that it could be used, but one person would need to pay full price. When I did the math in the end I would actually have to pay $2 more than if I had never bought the Groupon. During our conversation she continued to call me, "Sweetie and honey." condescendingly and when I asked to speak with the owner she refused my request.

It seems to me that Kimberly Ann's Tea Room is blaming the customers and trying to cash in on the 400 paying customers that will not have their groupons honored because they actually do not have the capacity to services that many customers.

Also, I've been to this tea room and paid full price. It is definitely overpriced and the food is overrated. The location and setting is rather dated too.

They have a large selection of teas, unfortunately you cannot have loose leafed tea unless you book a high tea a day in advance.
The high tea seems like a lot of fun, you get loose leaf tea, scones, finger sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and other desserts. Sounds like a lot of food for $20 or so...
We had lunch there, the waitress was very nice and very attentive, it was a very homey atmosphere. We had a sandwich and a salad sampler, and both were huge!! We definitely got full, and the price wasn't bad. Too bad we couldn't try some dessert, we were too stuffed. I hear they have bread pudding...next time!!
