Garcia's Glendale is falsely advertising curbside pickup during this trying time. Being a high-risk for COVID-19, I confirmed several time that they were going to deliver to my car. Not only are there no parking spots marked for pickup, no one comes out to your car, and no one answers the phone. Not only was there no dinner to bring home to a waiting family, I discovered that they charged me for my order.
