Kristen was very pleasant and engaging, and Dallas as always provided a great experience. Harold's offers a true western vibe with good food, a solid beer selection, and entertaining live music, making it a comfortable and enjoyable spot to relax. The staff is friendly and accommodating, though during busy events like Steelers games, it's helpful to know their seating policies in advance.
