The last 3 times I ordered Pizza, I asked for pie cut and they still cut it into little squares. the last one was even burned when we picked it up. I called the store and the manager wouldn't even talk to me. they were to busy. I was also told they are to busy to follow the orders when it comes to cutting the pizzas.

I ordered at 6:42 pm and it is 8:26 pm. Called the location they said my pizza would be here in 5 minutes...20 minutes ago. The guy was full of excuses, but no apology for the wait. Whined about being short handed and busy, but nothing more. Really sad...

This is not so much a review as an opportunity to point out what can be improved.

Looking at the Pizza Menu on line does not provide a list of ingredients which makes it confusing to order exactly what you would like. As a result, I simply ordered the Veggie pizza and asked for less cheese. The person did not explain that this pizza comes with Feta and Provolone so it was hard to properly order. Also, the pizza came hand tossed and I prefer thin crust.

My suggestion is to list the ingredients on the Pizza Menu. Also, taking the order should include explaining the ingredients as well as the crust options. Otherwise always looking for new ingredients and keep emphasizing quality and freshness.

A very good place to go for Pizza ext. kind people customer service is top priority food was hot and delicious. Just say if your name is Michael or Mike they will ask. Lol 😂
