The burger at Apache Lair was fantastic, earning a solid 4-star rating from me. The coleslaw was particularly delicious, and I found myself skipping the fries. While my friends tried the ribs, unfortunately, they found them to be dry and tough to eat. Despite the rib disappointment, the excellent service and inviting atmosphere at Apache Lair have me eager to return for their renowned burgers on Taco Night.
