We went to have dinner on a Saturday night. The main restaurant was full so we ended up sitting in their lounge. The bartender put our three rolls in at 7:30 and we didn't get our food until 8:30. The manager did not come and talk to us once about the wait. The bartender apologized about the wait and informed us that there were only two sushi chefs back there. Meanwhile, there was a sushi chef that worked there at the opposite end of the bar drinking. We did not get any kind of discount or apology from the manager. I am a local here in Flagstaff and I will never spend another dime in one of Juan's establishments.

Well, been there several times during the last years, sometimes just drove up from Phoenix just for a dinner... It's one of my favorites in the Flagstaff area.
It's maybe not typical Chinese food, but somewhat exotic and excellent quality. Usually great staff and pretty fast service. Plus they have ice cold Kirin wich goes well with the food ;-)

Mongolian beef recipe has changed. Used to be the best I ever had, would melt in your mouth. What I had tonight was tough, totally different. Could not even finish the plate. Very disappointed!
