Visited Jerome for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere of The Flatiron. The small interior felt intimate, especially since we were the only ones dining in, and the large window provided a lovely view to accompany our meal. The Chad Bagel and London Fog Latte were both exceptional, with the bagel quickly becoming a favorite. The owner, who seemed to be quite passionate about his cooking, made our experience even more enjoyable.

I'm in Jerome several times a year. I always stop at the Flat Iron for a breakfast. The food is always great! Order the breakfast quesadilla, you will not be disappointed. Also Chad who runs it is a really good guy.

Love this place! Innovative and varying foods. Great soups, especially the seafood bisque.
