we were frequent visitors to this restaurant. went for the spaghetti. Grreat sauce. 5.95. it wasn't right around the corner but yet we went at least once a week. Not everyone in our group ate spaghetti but, on the night it was my turn to pick the eating establishment for our group, we went to Palo Verde. Then, after a good long stretch priced at 5.95 it went to 6.95. Why? wheat prices weren't up, tomatoes have always been all over the map price-wise but had been reasonable and stable for a very long time.. Anyway, the group and I haven't been back since. I had a successful restaurant for years and we never took anything from the customer without giving something in exchange. If Palo Verde had included a cup of ice cream or coffee with the 6.95 price, would I still be a customer? I'd have thought about it; wanted to forgive them because they were trying too. Ciao PV

In business for many years at this location and popular with locals as well as winter visitors. Offering a varied menu and homey atmosphere.
