I find the grocery store's check-out process frustrating due to long lines and limited staff, leading to high prices and a push for self-checkout. Despite this, I appreciate the store's selection of products and the exceptional customer service I received when dealing with a poorly prepared item. The store's organic produce selection impresses me, although I find their gluten-free offerings lacking and prices higher compared to competitors.
