The tortillas from Red Eagle have been a staple in my family for generations, and I make the drive to their factory in Surprise for the authentic taste. It's important to call ahead before picking up the tortillas to ensure availability and quantity, as they don't seal the packages as well as they used to. I store the tortillas in ziplock bags and freeze them to keep them fresh, and the effort is worth it for the unbeatable flavor.
