My tour group stopped here on return trip from Grand Canyon tour. I ordered an individual calzone abd small one trip salad to-go - wait time was given as 30-35 mins.

They gave me a small plate for my salad. I noted that I was getting my order to-go and the cashier who took my order responded that I had time to eat the salad since it was a 30 min wait. I then said that I'd like to take it to-go to eat when I ate my pizza and his response was that they only had large salads to go. I asked if I could fix my salad on the small plate and get a large salad to-go container to put it in. He said he'd ask and then came back with a no. I then said that I'd pass on the salad and that they didn't have to worry about refunding me.

I went back 30 mins later for my order. As everyone on my tour waa eceiving their order - even those that ordered after me, I asked for status. They reluctantly acknowledged that they has just put my calzone in the oven.

I requested a full refund which they granted.

They were dismissive and unapologetic. I had tipped 25% for a cashier to take m6 ordee not knowing what my experience would be. They didn't deserve a penny - worst customer servixe experience!

Lousy service amazing how one guy can totally ruin the Williams experience

They have an amazing pizza and not one I can get back home so I always stop here when passing through. Staff are always friendly and service is quick.
