When does the 5 dollar or 6 dollar Happy Hour menu cost 8 dollars? The menu showed $6, and each of the two different meals were charged at $8. When asked about the discrepancy and told the $8 cost was not shown on the menu, the only response was, "Some things cost more". Welcome to the Yuma AZ IHOP on 16th Street.
