I usually enjoy eating in this restaurant but because I live in California I don't get to go as often. When we do diner at this restaurant we usually get good service. I have noticed lately that the staff is rather young and they do spend alot of time talking/gossiping perhaps that's why the service isn't as good.

What began as an excellent restaurant has degraded into something to avoid. At one time I would visit at least once, and quite often more, per week. However, lately they have turned away from customer service and have become a "shove 'em in and get 'em out" establishment. The last two time required multiple returns of food (for undercooked, overcooked, wrong orders), to foreign substance in the food (quickly dismissed by the manager as part of another order), and just generally overall bad service.

I don't send the food back (seems pretty dangerous to irritate the cook - no telling what condition it will come back in), but the people I was with had no hesitation. In one setting we had: foreign object (mentioned earlier), wrong order, not getting the order right (2x), wrong drink order, under cooked steak, and missing items on order. The result: manager said it wasn't any of their wrong doing, and left it at that.

Maybe, if they improve again, they'll be worth a return visit, but certainly not now.
