This charming family-run restaurant offers fantastic food and friendly service, making every visit enjoyable. The homemade tortillas and authentic dishes like the machaca tacos and mole de pollo are exceptional, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. With great flavors and attentive staff, it has become my favorite spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in town!

This was our 1st time trying this little restaurant. After reading the reviews I decided this was a place we needed to try. This is a small, quaint Mexican restaurant. You seat yourself, you are brought menus, asked about beverages and asked if you would like chips and salsa. I was mesmerized watching the lady who make the tortillas fresh for the restaurant and they are good!! The food was really good, we both had the machaca chimichanga. There is a full bar available, but not a big bar area for sitting. Val was awesome, very attentive and personable. There is no reason not to go and try Mosaic Cafe Dos for authentic Mexican food.

I came here on a Saturday for a bridal brunch, and the waiter Nichole was so unbelievably rude, yelling across the restaurant telling our table we need to give her more time. The only thing we asked of her was to refill our drink. I will never step foot in this restaurant ever again!
