I absolutely love the Horchata at the spot near Forever 21 on the 2nd floor of the Tucson Mall. The raspado is also a must-try, although I haven't sampled the food yet. Despite the slightly higher prices and the chicharron not being as fresh as I'd hoped, I still recommend it as the place is always bustling with satisfied customers.
