An 18% charge is add to the bill with no statement. The waitress asked us if we had been here before and still didn't inform us of the mandatory charge.

Nikie, the owner/manager, is one of the rudest persons Ive ever encounterd. The other staff is great, but she needs to fire herself. I went there quite often but stopped going because I couldnt stand the way she treated people. And Im not the only custer she has lost over the years. Shes bad for her own buisness.

this restaurant is disgusting. it was our first time coming into the restaurant and we were so disappointed, especially after reading some of the previous reviews. we were told to seat ourselves and had trouble finding a table that wasnt dirty or still had crumbs on it. the window sills even had crumbs on them, and looked like they were never wiped off. the food was okay - pretty average, but nothing special.the service was okay, but we won't be going back n- they need to clean alot more first.

Good food every time we have been there. The prices are right. We stop every time we pass through Tucson and Niki remembers us.

Awesome wait staff, those complaining they are rude must be jealous hags! Really they are the friendly, quick, and courteous. Food is great! Excellent selection of draft beer, and 2 dollar cocktails. '80's hairband music, and lots of TV's. Great place to relax and enjoy a cocktail or two. Try it, You'll like it!!

if you like dry burger and rude service, then go here! The place was better off as a carl's juniors. The owner thinks she is running some high class place, when in fact it is a bigger dive than waffle house. only difference is waffle house is a dive on purpose!

They had a great array of beers on tap and the food was very tasty. I love the blue cheeseburger! Our waitress was a joy to talk to, the kids loved her!

THIS PLACE IS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! FOOD EXCELLENT, PRICES REALLY REASONABLE, MULTIPLE BEERS ON TAP, MIX DRINK MENU AWESOME, KIDS EAT FREE... WHAT ELSE COULD YOU ASK FOR..I'VE TRIED NEARLY EVERYTHING ON THE MENU, AND CAN'T MAKE UP MY MIND ON A FAVORITE! YOU GOTTA' TRY IT! RIGHT OFF THE I-10 INTERSTATE @ ALVERNON AND PALO VERDE...

I drive clear across town and city to get to this place. Amazing burgers and the drafts are poured like a choir of angels! One of the best pizza's I've ever had as well; magic cheese!
