During my stay, I was captivated by the nostalgic late '80s charm of the lobby and the impressive four-story atrium with live plants and glass elevators, while the suite's layout offered a comfortable living room, smart TVs, and a quiet bedroom that allowed me to sleep exceptionally well. Friends who stayed recently appreciated the staff's swift response to a wheelchair accessibility issue, which made a significant positive impact on their experience and ensured they would choose this hotel again when visiting Tucson.
