One on Irvington!! Is awful from service to food. No one care manager doesn't follow up with complaints, probably because he gets so many. Don't go!!!!

I ordered from the Texas road house on Irving Street in tuscon to go... First I arrive i had placed an order.. so I went to the hostess that was on her personal phone and for a minute to acknowledge that I was there I told her that I had a to go order ... Then she pointed to me go to ONE of them cars and wait till someone comes to you... I received my dinner my fault did not check no silverware chili was just clumped and cold... I understand we are going through alot but just the little of things like silverware ... Thank you for your time and a minute of your time.. Be safe
