Needed 2 pieces of bread for my lunch(we ran out at home). Went all the way from the 12 floor to the basement to Grants to buy 2 pieces pf bread. The gentleman charged me $1.25 which was OK. Picked up the container and went back to the top floor to eat my lunch. They had given me (1) piece of bread cut in half. Went back to the cafe to get corrected, Explained to the lady in charge that I was shorted a piece. She said no, that is what they charge that is what you get for $1.25. But I explained that I asked for 2 pieces and gentleman said that would be $1.25. This lady still refused to correct the mistake. She decided a disgruntled customer was worth more than ONE PIECE OF BREAD! Thanks for ruining my lunch!

Just another reason why I will never spend a dime in this place. Terrible customer service and prices way too high.

The food is mediocre. No consistency at all. You can order the same meal 5 times and each time the meal will be different. The quantity and quality of the food fluctuates each time you buy. Seems like towards the end of the week is when the quantities are smaller. Maybe to make up for all the product they lose during the week by not measuring and being consistent. Prices are high for the type of food they serve. IU (across the street) has a much larger selection and the prices are much more reasonable.

Limited menu, overpriced and rude staff

The selection of food is ok but this place is really slow, the food is just ok, and the staff needs customer service etiquette training!!! The owner, is just flat out RUDE! Only go to this place if you are stuck in the Landmark building, absolutely starving, and don't have any other options!
