I've had nothing but disappointment with the food service and I don't know why they think they can call themselves classic. I either don't what I asked for or it's always cold. I understand they have a lot of people to feed but they took the job. I call into order usually waiting 15 minutes or more before I get an operator. I order breakfast and try to order lunch and dinner so not to go through the wait again and again and again. They refused to let me do so. Seems like they don't care what I'm already going through. If they can't do the job they need to get out of the way and let someone else run it. The patients shouldn't have to go through this. Not real happy
