As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the fingerprints on the doors and dusty windows, but don't let that deter you - the owner will be right there ready to take your drink order before you even sit down. The lunch specials, like the $5.95 deal for an entree, egg roll, soup, and rice, are a steal, and the food, like the soy-free Mo Go Gui Pan, is absolutely delicious - it's a no-frills spot with a focus on great flavors at a great price.
