On 3/27/19, we decided to try Ellington's, which was conveniently located in the hotel. The server was professional but seemed overwhelmed, as he was managing both the restaurant and another event, leading to slower service. While the food was delicious and the room service was prompt, the experience lacked the upscale feel one might expect, and I would return for the meal despite the need for improvements.
